Orders & Checkout
Helpful information about placing an order, confirming details, payments and making changes before your parcel is dispatched.
How do I place an order?
Select your preferred product, choose the available size or option, add the item to your cart and continue to checkout. Please review your contact details, shipping address and product selections carefully before completing payment.
Once checkout is completed successfully, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during purchase.
How can I tell whether my order was successfully placed?
A successful order normally generates an order confirmation by email. Please also check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it immediately.
If you believe payment was completed but you did not receive a confirmation, contact us at sales@veluneapparel.shop with the name and email used at checkout so we can assist.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation. We will do our best to help before processing or dispatch has progressed too far.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been handed to the carrier, changes to products, sizes, colors or delivery addresses may no longer be possible.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us immediately with your order number and the complete corrected address. Address amendments cannot be guaranteed after an order begins processing.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information may be the responsibility of the customer.
What payment methods are accepted?
The payment methods currently available to you will be displayed during Shopify checkout and may vary according to your country, currency and device. Transactions are processed through the secure payment options offered at checkout.
Relaxed by design, considered in fit.
Many Velune Apparel pieces are intentionally cut with generous proportions. Shirts may feature dropped shoulders, trousers may have wide or loose legs, and outerwear may be designed to accommodate layering.
If you prefer a closer silhouette, compare the garment measurements with a similar piece you already own. If you prefer the styling shown in our product imagery, choosing according to the listed size guide will generally preserve the intended relaxed appearance.
Size & Fit
Because reconstructed, oversized and unisex-inspired garments can fit differently from conventional clothing, garment measurements are especially useful.
How should I choose my size?
Please refer to the size information shown on the individual product page. We recommend comparing the garment measurements with clothing you already own rather than relying only on the size label.
For tops and outerwear, chest, shoulder, sleeve and overall length are useful reference measurements. For trousers and jeans, compare waist, hip and total length.
Are your clothes oversized?
Many styles are intentionally relaxed, loose or oversized. This is particularly common across our deconstructed shirts, utility trousers, patchwork pieces, hooded jackets and longline silhouettes.
The exact fit varies by design, so always review the product description and size guide before purchasing.
Are the products suitable for both men and women?
Many pieces are designed with unisex-inspired proportions and can be styled across different wardrobes. Fit depends on body shape, height and styling preference rather than gender alone.
We recommend choosing according to garment measurements and your preferred silhouette.
What if I am between two sizes?
If you are between sizes, consider the intended silhouette. Choose the smaller option if you want a neater fit and the larger option if you prefer a stronger oversized appearance or additional layering room.
Can there be small measurement differences?
Yes. Because garments are measured manually, small measurement variations can occur. Fabric drape, construction and finishing may also influence how a garment measures when laid flat.
Products & Materials
Our collection includes mixed textures, printed fabrics, velvet-inspired surfaces, denim, utility textiles, fringe elements, patchwork construction and directional panel work.
Will colors look exactly the same as they do on my screen?
We make every effort to present product colors accurately, but screen brightness, device settings, photography lighting and the texture of the fabric can cause slight visual differences.
Velvet-like surfaces and textured fabrics can appear lighter or darker depending on the direction of light.
Why can printed or camouflage patterns vary slightly?
Depending on the fabric cutting position, all-over prints, camouflage layouts and patchwork-inspired sections may not fall in exactly the same position on every garment. This is a natural characteristic of patterned fabric construction.
What makes reconstructed and patchwork styles different?
These designs intentionally combine contrasting patterns, stripe directions, panels, textures or fabric appearances to create a more individual look. Slight visual variation is part of the character of this type of garment.
Are velvet and textured items suitable for everyday wear?
Yes, but textured fabrics generally benefit from gentler care. Avoid unnecessary friction, high heat and rough washing methods. Hanging or carefully storing the garment can also help preserve the surface.
Keep the details looking their best.
Statement pieces often include more construction detail than basic garments. Fringe, decorative panels, textured surfaces, distressed denim and mixed fabrics benefit from careful washing and storage.
Always check any product-specific care instructions first. When uncertain, cold gentle washing, mild detergent and natural air drying are safer choices than strong heat or aggressive machine cycles.
Shipping & Tracking
From dispatch confirmation to carrier scans, these answers explain what happens after your order leaves processing.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders require processing before dispatch. The exact timeframe may depend on order volume, item availability, weekends, public holidays and seasonal demand.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, available tracking information will normally be sent to the email address used for the order.
How do I track my parcel?
Use the tracking information included in your dispatch confirmation. Carrier updates may take some time to appear after the parcel is first handed over.
Why has my tracking not updated?
Tracking does not always update at every stage of transportation. During transfers between logistics facilities or local delivery partners, several days may occasionally pass between scans.
This does not automatically mean that the parcel has stopped moving.
Do you ship internationally?
Available shipping destinations are shown during checkout. International delivery availability may vary depending on destination and carrier service coverage.
Can customs or local import charges apply?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local handling charges depending on the destination country's rules. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient.
Returns & Aftercare
If something is not right with your order, contact us promptly and provide clear details so our team can review the situation efficiently.
What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
Please contact sales@veluneapparel.shop and include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the item received. Our team will review the information and advise you on the appropriate next step.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Include photographs showing the full item, the affected area and the packaging where relevant. This helps us evaluate the issue accurately.
Can I return an item because the fit is not right?
Return eligibility is governed by our current Return & Refund Policy. Please review that policy before sending anything back, as items must meet the stated return conditions.
Should I send a return without contacting you first?
No. Please contact us before returning an item. Unapproved returns may not be processed correctly, particularly if they are sent to an incorrect address or without sufficient order identification.
Garment Care
A little extra care can help protect the appearance of printed fabrics, reconstructed panels, velvet-touch finishes, fringe and distressed details.
What is the safest general washing method?
Unless a product-specific care label states otherwise, cold gentle washing with a mild detergent is generally preferable. Separate light and dark colors and turn printed or detailed garments inside out before washing.
Can I tumble dry my Velune Apparel pieces?
Natural air drying is generally preferable for preserving shape, surface texture and decorative details. High heat can affect certain fabrics, printed areas and trims.
How should I care for fringe or decorative details?
Avoid aggressive machine cycles or washing alongside garments with hooks, exposed zippers or rough hardware. A laundry bag can provide additional protection for delicate decorative elements.
