Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy
We want the journey from checkout to delivery to feel clear and straightforward. This policy explains how Velune Apparel processes orders, provides tracking information and handles common delivery situations.
Shipping services, delivery estimates and carrier availability may vary depending on destination, order volume, local conditions and the shipping option shown during checkout.
Preparing your order
After an order is successfully placed, it enters our processing workflow. During this stage, order information is reviewed and the relevant items are prepared for dispatch.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Weekends, public holidays, high-volume periods, promotional events and unusually large order volumes can occasionally extend normal processing.
If an item has a specific preparation time stated on its product page, that information should be considered the more relevant estimate for that particular product.
Order changes during processing
If you need to correct your shipping address, size or other order information, please contact us immediately at sales@veluneapparel.shop. We will try to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.
From our workflow to the carrier
Once your order has completed processing, it is prepared for carrier collection or handover. A dispatch or shipping confirmation will normally be sent to the email address associated with your order when tracking information becomes available.
Order Confirmed
Your checkout has been successfully completed and your order has entered processing.
Order Prepared
Your items are prepared and checked before the parcel enters the shipping network.
Parcel Dispatched
The shipment is transferred to the carrier and tracking information begins to become available.
Final Delivery
The parcel travels through the carrier network and may be transferred to a local delivery partner before final delivery.
How long delivery may take
Delivery estimates shown during checkout or provided with your shipping confirmation are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Actual transit time depends on destination, carrier routing, local delivery capacity, customs processing where applicable and circumstances outside our direct control.
During major holidays, severe weather, transport disruption, customs congestion or periods of unusually high parcel volume, carriers may require additional time.
| Delivery Stage | What It Means | Important Note |
|---|---|---|
| Processing | Order preparation before carrier handover | Not included in carrier transit time |
| In Transit | Parcel is moving through the logistics network | Tracking may not update at every transfer point |
| Local Carrier | Parcel may be transferred to a regional delivery partner | Local tracking can sometimes appear after the handover |
| Out for Delivery | Parcel has entered its final delivery stage | Delivery timing depends on the local driver's route |
Tracking updates can pause temporarily.
A gap between tracking scans does not necessarily mean that a parcel has stopped moving. Packages can travel between regional hubs, customs facilities or local carrier networks without receiving a visible scan at every stage.
Following your parcel
When tracking is available, details will normally be sent after dispatch. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the carrier's system to register the parcel after the first shipment notification.
If your tracking number has only recently been created and shows no movement, this may simply mean the carrier has not completed its first physical scan.
For international or multi-carrier deliveries, one logistics provider may handle the long-distance portion of the journey while another completes local delivery. Tracking information can therefore change format or update frequency during transit.
Cross-border delivery
International shipping availability depends on the destination options shown during checkout. Delivery times may vary significantly between countries because of customs processing, local postal networks, import controls and regional delivery conditions.
Where applicable, customs authorities may inspect or temporarily hold a shipment. Velune Apparel does not control customs processing times and therefore cannot guarantee how long a parcel may remain in customs.
Duties, taxes and import charges
Depending on your destination and the way taxes are collected at checkout, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees or other local charges. Where these charges have not already been collected during checkout, they may be payable by the recipient.
Customers are responsible for understanding any import requirements that apply in their destination country.
Please check your address carefully
Please make sure the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate, including apartment or unit numbers, postal code, city, region and any other information required by your local delivery service.
If an address is incomplete or incorrect, the carrier may be unable to complete delivery. The parcel may be returned, delayed or require additional handling.
If you notice a mistake immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once fulfillment or dispatch has begun.
When delivery takes longer than expected
Most parcels move through the delivery network normally, but unexpected delays can happen. Possible causes include high seasonal parcel volume, carrier backlogs, severe weather, customs inspections, public holidays, transport disruption, incomplete addresses or local delivery issues.
A delayed parcel is not automatically considered lost. When tracking remains active or the shipment is still within a reasonable carrier investigation period, additional time may be required before the carrier can determine the final status.
If you believe your shipment has been delayed significantly, contact us with your order number and tracking details so we can review the available information.
Missed, refused or returned parcels
If delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may attempt redelivery, hold the parcel at a collection point or return it to the sender depending on local procedures.
Customers should monitor tracking and respond promptly to any carrier instructions. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, failure to collect or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping costs may apply before the order can be sent again.
Please contact us before taking further action if tracking shows that a parcel is being returned.
If tracking says “delivered”
If tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, first check around the delivery location, mailbox, building reception, safe place and with household members or neighbors where appropriate.
Carriers sometimes mark parcels as delivered shortly before the final physical handover. In some situations, allowing a short additional period can resolve the issue.
If the parcel remains missing, contact the local carrier as soon as possible and then email our support team with the order number and any information provided by the carrier.
Problems on arrival
If a parcel or item arrives damaged, please photograph the outer packaging, shipping label, complete item and affected area before disposing of any packaging.
Send the photographs along with your order number and a brief description of the problem to sales@veluneapparel.shop. Clear documentation helps us review the situation and, where relevant, communicate with the carrier.
Orders containing several products
Depending on fulfillment circumstances, item availability or logistics requirements, products from the same order may occasionally move through processing or shipping at different times.
If your order is divided into more than one parcel, separate tracking information may be provided where available. Receiving one parcel does not necessarily mean the remainder of a multi-parcel order has been omitted.
Shipping conditions outside our control
Once a parcel has entered the carrier network, certain aspects of transportation are controlled by the shipping provider and local delivery partners. Velune Apparel cannot guarantee uninterrupted carrier operations or exact delivery dates where delays are caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
We will, however, provide reasonable assistance when customers contact us regarding tracking problems, significant delays or delivery irregularities.
We are here to help.
When contacting us about a delivery, include your order number and, where available, your tracking number. This allows us to review the situation more efficiently.
Please also describe the issue clearly and include any relevant screenshots or carrier messages.
